Welcome my name is Lana and I am the owner and chef behind Flutterby Gourmet Creations. A family owned and run business operating within the Scenic Rim. My passion for food and the abundance of beautiful local produce we have right on our door step I couldn't resist making my business all about supporting local Scenic Rim businesses and farmers. What a beautiful region we live in.
Preservation
Our decadent products... whether it be Jams, chutneys, relishes, pickles, syrups, sauces, marinades, salt or herb mixes they are all gluten free with no added preservatives. I pride myself in making quality artisan products in small hand made batches with seasonally available produce. we don't do normal so there is a lot of different flavour combinations on offer to tantalise your tastebuds.

Workshops and Cooking Classes
Cooking to me is all about sharing amazing food with those that I love and seeing the smiles it brings to their faces. like a hug on a plate. So if I can share my passion for food and cooking with you all what could be better. Private workshops and cooking classes can be personalised to your needs.
